He stayed on top of everything. When we were unclear on something, he went out of his way to research and
shop for items to be clear on what I needed. Just went way beyond what he really had to!!!
I just knew I could trust him to do the negotiations on my behalf better than I could do. He negotiated and was
ready to walk away when it wasn’t right. I knew I was in good hands.
Well, I’ll start with patient. There were a lot of times we put in offers and I wouldn’t budge on the price. We
walked away from a lot. He never got impatient or discouraged. Helpful, he was on top of everything. I had no
idea what I was doing and with John I didn’t need to. He was ready to tell me the next steps to take. I can’t tell
you how much I appreciated that. Timely and approachable. He was both. I could text with a concern and he’d
always get right back to me. That’s just a few.
